Nurses trained in the U.S.A., Canada, New Zealand, Australia,
South Africa,
Zimbabwe, British West Indies, Hong Kong, and China are likely to be accepted
immediately for registration with the UKCC. Nurses not trained in any
of these
countries are likely to be required by the UKCC to undertake additional
training and/or experience in the UK or to undertake a minimum supervised
practice in the UK before registration.
